“I am on day 1,157 of my fitness and health journey. I used to weigh 567 pounds. I had a fibrillation of the heart, I was diabetic, and I had sleep apnea. My legs had turned purple from poor circulation. I could not get behind the wheel of my car. I needed help getting out of my house and downstairs.
